To be honest it was hard to tell just how much the water diluted the absinthe (I forgot to look at how much water dripped in -- I simply waited until most of the sugar had dissolved and the colour had changed) but since the drink kicked like a mule (it makes martinis look weak by comparison), I'd say it was mostly absinthe.
