I’ve been reading a lot about the Tommy’s margarita, which uses agave syrup instead of the usual Triple Sec or Grand Marnier (a great intro to this drink can be found here – http://www.foodrepublic.com/2011/07/21/ultimate-margarita-recipe) but I’ve been too lazy to schlep over to a health food store and find it.

However, I just saw a bottle of organic agave nectar in Coles (in the health food section) for just a couple of bucks – and it’s good. I think my days of using triple sec for margaritas are over …
